“Ziconotide nella Failed Back Surgery Syndrome” presented as speaker at the conference “Nuove prospettive nelle manifestazioni del dolore cronico – Nuovi utilizzi di Ziconotide” Bologna, January, 21-22, 2010.

Tought two courses in First Aid for Lucca Confcommercio in collaboration with the Lucca Province, March 2010 and February 2011 (for a total of 12 + 12 teaching hours).

Taught a continuing education course in “Vertebral Percutaneous diagnosys and treatments in Pain Medicine” teaching “The Pharmacological Spinal Neuromodulation” at the Pain Therapy Unit, AOUP, Pisa, May, 21-22, 2010 (40 mins.).

Taught an advanced practice/theory course on the management of PICC with a report on “Medium and Long term Central Venous Catheters and anathomy of the central and peripheral venous system” Pain Therapy Unit, AOUP, Pisa. Tuaght the course 5 times, May-June 2010 ( total 2,5 hours).

An open-label, long-term, multi- centre, multi-national post-marketing observational study of the use of Prialt (ziconotide intrathecal infusion) and alternative drugs for the management of severe, chronic pain.
