Additional Training Information

Our technical training sessions are designed to teach participants the access control concepts and product information they require to do their job right the first time. We also teach participants how to find the correct information while on-the-job and how efficiently troubleshoot their Kantech systems.

Registration

Courses are filled on a first come, first serve basis. To secure your spot, please complete the registration form and fax it back promptly. Participants are required to complete the AC201 online module prior the class. The Kantech AC201 online course can be accessed via the TYCO/Kantech LMS web site www.tyco-training.com/kantech. Procedure to access the course will be provided with the registration confirmation.

As soon as we receive your completed registration form, we will fax you a confirmation notice. We will notify you at this time if the seminar has been filled. In this case, your name will be placed on a waiting list.

_{Payment & Cancellations Policy}

Tuition fees are due within five days upon receipt of your registration confirmation. Your place will be forfeited if payment is not received. Payment is done through check attention to Tyco Safety Products or credit card and would need to be received before the training session. Check may be sent to Kantech (9995-L Avenue Catania, Brossard QC J4Z 3V7)

Cancellations are subject to the entire tuition fee. You may apply this towards a future seminar. If you do not cancel and do not attend, you are still responsible for the payment. It may not be applied to a future seminar.

Kantech may cancel or reschedule a seminar due to conditions beyond its control. You will be notified in writing two weeks prior to the training.
