Whether you are brand new to your Public Housing Agency’s board of commissioners, or have served on the board for long time, it can be helpful to spend some time getting to know the ex-pertise and composition of your board.

You can either complete this worksheet individually, or as a group. If you are completing this indi-vidually, you may need to reach out to board members in order to get to know them better. The executive director or other executive staff will also be helpful resources to complete this work-sheet.
