Q:

HOW MANY GAMES WILL BE PLAYED TO DETERMINE THE WINNER

OF EACH MATCH-UP?

A:

The tournament is a 5v5 Summoner’s Rift sudden death (Best-of-one), The Round of 8 and 4 will be

a Best-of-Three, and the finals will be a Best-of-Five.

Q:

CAN I PARTICIPATE IN THIS TOURNAMENT?

A:

Any Summoner over the age of 18 and residing in the Nordics (Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway

and Sweden; and their autonomous regions the Åland Islands, the Faroe Islands and Greenland) with an active League of Legends account that has reached level 30 and is currently not banned is eligible to compete in the tournament.

WHAT ARE THE RESIDENCY REQUIREMENTS FOR THOSE WHO PLAY

TO COMPETE?

A:

This is event is restricted to summoners in the Nordics

Q:

WHAT ARE THE PRIZES FOR THE WINNERS OF THE TOURNAMENT?

A:

Players in the EUNE and EUW tournaments will receive the following prizes based on their position:

5th – 8th place - 1500 RP 9th – 16th place - 1000 RP 17th – 32nd place - 500 RP

Teams that make it to the cross-server Round of 8 will receive the following prizes based on their position:

All team members of the 4 eliminated teams will receive 3000 RP

Top 4 teams from the Round of 8 will receive flights and accommodation to attend the Live Offline semi-finals and finals for 5 members of the team and 1 coach/manager. (Flights only available from

Teams that make it to the live offline final will receive the following prizes based on their position: Each member of the 3rd and 4th place teams will receive 5000 RP and Triumphant Ryze

All members of the 2nd place team will receive 5000 RP, Triumphant Ryze, as well as Flights, Accommodations, and Tickets to the European League of Legends Championship Series Summer Split finals for 5 members of the team and 1 coach/manager. (Flights only available from inside the Nordic Countries).

All members of the 1st place team will receive 5000 RP, Triumphant Ryze, as well as Flights, Accommodations, and Tickets to the World Finals in Berlin for 5 members of the team and 1 coach/manager. (Flights only available from inside the Nordic Countries).

Q:

CAN I CHANGE THE TEAM COMPOSITION AFTER THE REGISTRATION

WINDOW CLOSES?

A:

No, we will freeze the roster of all the teams when registration closes.

Q:

WHEN WILL I KNOW WHAT TIME TO PLAY?

A:

Once the tournament has kicked off we will be informing the team captains of all necessary

information that they will require.

Q:

IF I’M NOT THE CAPTAIN OF THE TEAM CAN I STILL REGISTER MY TEAM?

A:

No, only the team captain is eligible to register the ranked team.

Q:

WHAT IF I DON’T HAVE A RANKED TEAM?

A:

That’s not a problem; you could always just create a ranked team for this tournament and then

abandon it afterwards.

Q:

WHAT TIME ARE THE GAMES GOING TO HAPPEN?

A:

The deadline start time for all games will be at 6:00 pm UTC. Captains can communicate with their

opponents and find a suitable time before the deadline to play the game. Admin support in the chat will be only available 30 minutes before the deadline.

Q:

DO I HAVE TO MAKE A SCREENSHOT AFTER I’VE FINISHED WITH THE GAME

AND UPLOAD SOMEWHERE?

A:

No, as the tournament will be running with the Tournament Code, everything will be updated

automatically. All you have to think about is playing your best and winning as many games as possible!

Q:

WHO IS RESPONSIBLE TO CREATE THE LOBBY?

A:

Every team captain will receive a link to the tournament code. This tournament code will then open

a custom game. Once in the custom game, the Team captain should invite their team to the game.

A:

Copy the tournament code, which has been sent to the team captains for the match. Go to the client, click on Custom game and then click on the tab “Tournament Code”. You will notice a small white box below titled “Last Step”. Paste the tournament code there and then the “Join Game” button should become orange. Click on it and enter the game Lobby

You should now be in the Lobby with the opposition’s team captain. You can either add your teammates and the enemy team or pass along the tournament code to them so they can enter the game the same way you did. Check the following details on the right side of the screen to make sure they are correct:

HOW TO ENTER A CHAT ROOM IN THE CLIENT

Click on the speech-box icon that is located on the bottom right of your client, then click on the speech box that appears with a plus in front of it which states “Create or Join a Public Chat Room” and enter the name of the chat room that’s stated above. Below you’ll find a screenshot of what it looks like.
