What is a CEI Cooperation Activity?
Small scale multilateral projects
: seminars, workshops, conferences, training

Mandatory conditions for eligibility of proposals
•
Plan of Action:
activity needs to be in line with CEI Plan of Action
•
Participation quorum:
involvement of at least half plus one of CEI Member States, i.e. 10, and in no
case less than one third, i.e. 6.
•
Maximum CEI contribution (co-financing)
: up to 50% of total cost of project, within ceiling
established by the Call (e.g. 15,000 €)
•
Eligible applicants
public and private entities registered in CEI Member States, NGOs, international
and regional organisations (individuals cannot apply).
•
Eligible activities:
conferences, seminars, workshops, training activities. An applicant can submit only
one application.
•
Eligible expenses
: i.e. travel and accommodation of participants and speakers of CEI Member States.
Residually, catering and subsistence expenses, printing and translations from/to English of
publications and preparation of conference kits; rental of conference rooms and audio-visual
equipment
•
Non eligible expenses
: in-kind contributions, human resources costs, purchase of goods and
equipment, bank fees.
