me save >me and money for my business while making the
process fun and stress-‐free.
Here are my all >me favorite tools that I use regularly for my
business:
Evernote:
Evernote is a soEware that you can easily use on your computer or device to save and create notes and archive them. It can be a text note, photo, link, webpage or even a video.
You can create a notebook and add notes and pictures to it. It will also sync between your devices.
Pocket:
Pocket is an online organizer that will help people save interes>ng ar>cles, videos and more from the web for later enjoyment. Once saved to Pocket, the list of content is visible on any device — phone, tablet or computer.
IFTTT
IFTTT is a “if, then” trigger. It will create chains of simple condi>ons called recipes. Complicated? Not at all.
Once you ac>vate your channels (social media, plugins, websites…) you can choose from thousands already created recipes or create a new one.
Hootsuite
Lets you manage your social media accounts such as TwiVer, Facebook, Google+ and Linkedin through one interface and schedule posts to go out when your followers are most ac>ve. I’ve been using Hootsuite for the last 3 years. I find it reliable and easy to use.
Buffer
Buffer is another scheduling tool for social media. What I like about it is that it will also suggest a mix of posts for you to share on your social media pla^orms. Fast and easy!

Dropbox
Dropbox is your storage in the cloud.
You can also hare your Dropbox folders with your team and make it easier to keep everyone quite literally on the same page. I use it when I sent big document to my clients such as artwork and high regula>on designs.
Free
Google Drive
Google driveis a mix of the old Google Docs with a twist of cloud storage.
It will let you create a document and presenta>ons on any device (for example your laptop) and edit it on another (your cellphone). Love it
Google Hangouts
Like Skype only by Google. A fantas>c tool to hold face-‐to-‐face mee>ng with your client as well as webinars.
WebinarJam
I used Teleseminar for my webinars and I switched over 6 months ago to WebinarJam. Webinarjum is an add-‐on system for Goggle hangouts. It will give you extra features to enhance the webinars experience such as interac>ve comment system and popup promo>ons. It will also let you send emails to your aVendees before and aEer your webinar. So far, I’m very happy with it.
SurveyMonkey
A great tool to build free surveys to conduct market research, and keep a pulse on customer desires and sa>sfac>on.
Canva
Canva will let you create beau>ful graphics fast and easy. You can choose if you want your graphics to be published on Facebook or TwiVer and Canva will resize and share it for you.
Asana
Asana is a web-‐based project management system. Users can create & assign tasks to themselves or other team members, and all
members can have access to the tasks and comment and update their progress.
Asana is free for teams of up to 15 people.
MailChimp
One of the most powerful email marke>ng tools out there. MailChimp allows you to create and manage email lists, create newsleVers and auto responders. It will also show you important insight such as how many people opened your email and which link they clicked on.
Free for the first up to 2000 email addresses.
Carbonite
If you do not use an external drive to protect your important
document and family photos, do yourself a favor and get Carbonite. It’s is a cloud storage and online backup. When my laptop crashed a couple years ago, I didn’t go ballis>c because I knew that all my files are protected with Carbonite.
Free Press Release
Gets the word out about your business – whether you’re just launching the business, a new product, or upda>ng your service. Free Press Release will distribute your news to major search engines and targeted journalists who cover your industry.
This one is new to me and I’m just star>ng to use it.
