One TCS Tool(Used over many client locations) ACE+ can be utilized to better estimate the efforts needed for Upgrade. This tool will extract us the details of Z Programs, Objects , Utilization of System patches and other details. This will reduce manual efforts . This tool can be run in production replication environment(Staging or Quality) . Will WTA be open for this exercise ? If not, TCS will go ahead and put assumption based response from below answers provided by WTA.
