Terms and Conditions

1. The Alscot Estate will endeavour to satisfy your requirements; however, they will not be liable for any claim, loss or damage sustained by the client as a result of The Alscot Estate failing to provide a meeting room or additional services, to include availability of audio and visual equipment beyond their reasonable control.

2. The Alscot Estate will under no circumstances be liable for any consequential loss, loss of profit or business suffered by the client. 3. The Alscot Estate will be indemnified against any claims, liability or loss arising from any breach of this agreement by the client or from

negligence or omission by the client

4. In the event of any cancellation by a client, The Alscot Estate should be informed in writing but will reserve the right to apply charges and any other expenses incurred.

5. Bookings for meeting rooms for more than 8 people and additional services that are made at least 30 days before the venue dates will require a 50% non refundable deposit.

6. For any cancellation received 7 days or less before the venue date will incur a 30% cancellation fee.

7. For any cancellation received 24 hours or less before the venue date the amount charged will be 100% of the total amount invoiced. 8. A charge of £20 per half hour will be charged for use outside of the hours specified.

9. The Alscot Estate accepts no liability for unattended personal belongings or equipment 10. Visitors must observe local emergency and security procedures

11. The client is responsible for the safety, security and conduct of their guests on our premises. 12. Breakages and spillages must be reported before the client leaves our premises
