1. Document Introduction and Revision History
This document describes how we conduct the environment conditions and test procedure. It includes the test equipment we use , the test condition ,and the test procedure we take. We also define our test criteria and the way to conclude the test result .
(According to client’s test specification, please see following sheets in detail.)

4. Cold Start Test

─ Humidity Cycle: 10 + 2.5%RH ─ Running Windows system
─The unit under test shall be powered off for the four hours. ─ System power on, then 2 minutes later , system power off. ─ After 10 minutes system power on again.

D. Check Condition and Requirements:
The On/Off cycling is to verify the quality of the product. It is to ensure that the product will not be damaged in any form during a sudden rush of current caused by interrupt errors, by power supply surges, or overshoot voltage.
The unit under test shall be powered off for the four hours. System power on, then 2 minutes later , system power off. After 10 minutes system power on again .Two minutes later, system power off again. Recycle step a & a’& a” for 15 times .Total test time: 8 hours.
As illustrated in Figure 1.
E. Test Result:
Examine the appearance of specimen(s) by visual check and perform functional check after this test. Connect the specimen with rated power then examine whether the display function of specimen could be work normally or not.
