Deposits and Guarantees
A deposit is required at the time of your confirmed reservation. We require a $500.00 Deposit for all events. Deposits are non-refundable upon receipt. We have a minimum amount for each function of $500 with the exception of A.M. breakfast functions.
The number of guests attending the event will determine room size. Therefore,
Garozzo’s requires a 90% minimal guarantee of initial projected attendance. Exact attendance is due into the events planner 3 business days prior to the function. The attendance
number is not subject to reduction after this deadline, however you may add to that number. Final payment must be received in our business office at the end of your event.
Menu Selection
All food and beverage served during the function must be provided by Garozzo’s, with the exception of wedding cake, mint, and nuts. Should you prefer to choose a menu that better suits your needs, our chef and events planner will be happy to customize a menu for you
No food or beverages will be packaged “to go.” Due to food safety concerns and The Health Department, banquet food and beverages may not be taken from the premises.
Menu selection must be submitted to the catering office 10 business days prior to the function
Our prices listed are subject to change. A 7.725% State Sales Tax and 20% gratuity charge will be added to all food, rentals and beverage items.
Room Rules
The Restaurant will not permit the affixing of anything to the walls, floors, or ceilings unless approved by the catering office. We do not allow any glitter or confetti to be sprinkled anywhere in the banquet rooms. The use of crystal water beads is prohibited.
Garozzo’s will not assume responsibility for the damage or loss of any articles left in the banquet rooms prior to, or following your event.
Patron agrees to be responsible for any damages to the premises caused by his/her guest or any independent contractor hired by the patron during the time of the event.
The number of people anticipated and the type of set-up required assigns the banquet rooms. Should attendance increase or decrease, the restaurant reserves the right to move your group to a room that will better suit the needs of your event.
There is no smoking allowed in any of the banquet rooms or the lobby. Smoking is permitted outside the building.
Any distribution of alcohol to minors (persons under 21) may result in the immediate removal of the offending party members to be removed from the facility and may be subject to local police investigations and prosecutions. Garozzo’s reserves the right to refuse bar service to anybody at any time. Our staff is more than happy to help obtain a taxi and or local lodging.
In the event that you will need to decorate your room, set-up time will need to be reviewed by the banquet coordinator.

We charge a bartending fee of $10.00 per hour, per bartender, for a minimum of 4 hours. Once a bottle of wine is opened or a keg is tapped you must pay for the remainder of what is not consumed.
