HCT is a system of 14 colleges located in six urban centers in the United Arab Emirates. It is modeled on the British Columbia Institute of Technology college system which began operation in 1988. As an innovative leader and curriculum developer I was responsible for developing and stabilizing programs and staff based upon graduate outcomes and quality control on an institutional scale and managing capital, equipment and budget in excess of 1 M. I was also responsible for achieving significant partnerships. Recruited, hired and supervised staff from over 15 countries. Established and managed local advisory boards for each program.
