Credits
Minnesota CLE is applying to the Minnesota State Board of CLE for 10.25 standard CLE credits + 1.0 ethics credit for a total of 11.25 CLE credits. Breakout sessions #4, #7 and #17 each qualify as 1.0 law office management credit. If you attend sessions #4, #7 or #17, you must claim that credit as law office management credit and must deduct those credits from the number of “standard” credits you claim. Please note that of your 45-credit requirement every three years, a maximum of 6.0 credits may be law office management credits. In no case may attendees claim more than 11.25 total credits for this course.
Cancellation / No-Show Policy
Paid registrants who cancel their registration at least 72 hours before the program will receive a full credit on their account; if fewer than 72 hours, a $25 administrative fee will be deducted. Paid registrants who do not cancel, yet fail to attend, forfeit their registration fee and will NOT receive the course materials. Materials will be available for purchase after the course. Passholders may purchase the materials at 50% of the full retail price.
