Thomas Lloyd
Thomas, from Indiana, is a graduate from the prestigious Krannert School of Management at Purdue University, where he obtained a degree in Administration with the Financial Management option.
He has been working professionally in Mexico since 1995, and 2011 he was the first person to ever attain a new nationally regulated Real Estate degree and professional identification number for the Country of Mexico.
In 2009 he was voted Realtor of the year, because of his professionalism, attention to customers and knowledge of procedures and the market. Also, he has been active in the real estate community serving on the real estate
association’s Honor and Justice committee.
Thomas founded TOP Mexico Real Estate to help non-Mexicans have an enjoyable and safe experience as they purchase and invest in real estate in Mexico.
During his free time, Thomas enjoys bieing with his kids biking, surfing and playing baseball being outoors,, camping and boating are also on the top of his list of hobbies.

Bjoern Koch
Bjoern was born and raised in Germany, and graduated from culinary school in 1990. After working in several international resort destinations, in 1994 he relocated to the USA. Two years later he moved into the resort real estate business in Park City, Utah and Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.
In 2005 Bjoern chose Playa Del Carmen as his permanent home and has worked in the local real estate industry ever since. Prior to joining the Top Mexico Team in 2011 as Director of Sales, Bjoern has managed a number of sales teams including those of Tides and Viceroy by the Kor Group.
He has been an active member of NAR (National Association of Realtors) and is a licensed Realtor in the US. He holds the CIPS (certified international property specialist) certification, which less than 2% of all realtors achieve, and also has an ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Representative) certification. Bjoern's years of experience in international real estate added a big asset to the growth of the Top Mexico Real Estate Team: German precision with international know-how and experience!
When he’s not working, Bjoern loves playing golf at one of the 15 resort golf courses in the area, scuba diving the local reefs and cenotes, and exploring Mayan culture and cuisine.

Bea Lozano

Dalila de Leon
From Monterrey, Mexico and with a degree in arts, Dalila has been working in different areas, always taking pleasure in learning something new. She worked for ten years in the “Tec de Monterrey,” one of the most prestigious universities in Mexico, first as an educational TV producer and, after finishing her master’s degree in Educational Technology, as an instructional designer for online education courses.
In 2009 she moved to Playa, and in 2011 joined the TOP Mexico Real Estate team! Dalila is the first contact with clients, and chooses the best action plan for each potential new buyer. Also, she collaborates in the creation of some of the informative content of the site, being sure to present it in a manner easy to read and understand for all those interested in learning more about Real Estate in Mexico.
Dalila spends her free time sewing, reading, lying on the beach, and enjoying the laid-back lifestyle that this city has to offer.

Christine Zentgraf
Christine Zentgraf was born and raised in Germany. In 2000, she started post-secondary studies in tourism, after which she began her career in the same field working for different hotels in Germany and Austria. In 2006 she went international by joining the TUI Group, traveling to Mexico and Greece. Fascinated by the beauty of the Riviera Maya she decided to stay and work in the local hotel industry for a while.
After working in guest services and public relations for large hotel groups like Bahia Principe and AM Resorts for several years, Christine entered the real estate business when she joined TOP Mexico Real Estate in 2012 as Thomas Lloyd’s assistant.
She is a key team member, organizing all office matters, and answering all phone inquiries.
During weekends and in her free time, Christine enjoys playing with her cute little baby. She also loves reading, cooking, and going to the beach.

Melissa Correa
Melissa is originally from the San Francisco Bay area. She fell in love with Mexico's magic and charm at first sight and had always dreamed of living and working here someday. She made those dreams reality and has called the idyllic paradise of Playa del Carmen home sweet home for nearly 12 years. Melissa has worked with buyers and sellers making their dreams come true for more than 11 years in Playa del Carmen. She is a TRC Certified International Professional, an International Member of NAR, the National Association of Realtors, and is currently working on her RSPS, Resort and Second Home Specialist Certification.
An active member of the community, Melissa is well known for supporting the animal rescue organizations and can be counted on to share her secrets for good eats around the entire region.
Her favorite pastime is enjoying herself with her loved ones at the beach; she also enjoys exploring this spectacular region on weekend expeditions with her family, which includes a scuba dive instructor, an aspiring ballerina, an
unassuming soccer star and a sweet chocolate lab.

Andy Welbourne
Andy has been living in Playa del Carmen and working as a part of
the team with Thomas Lloyd for about 5-6 years. He has worked
with many Canadians and Americans to assist in finding their
dream home in the Mexican Caribbean; many of these clients have
turned into great friendships.
He was born and raised near Toronto, Canada and decided to take
the leap and move to Mexico to be with his future wife, who is
Mexican. They now enjoy life together in Playa with their little
daughter.
Not being a fan of the hustle and bustle of big cities, Andy loves
Playa’s small town feel and easy access to nature nearby. He also
loves Mexican culture - incredibly kind folks, intense colors, flavors
of the cuisine and laid-back lifestyle.
Besides chilling with his little sweetie, Andy likes composing music,
going to the movies, and hitting the beach when he can!

Jimmy Peppers
Jimmy Peppers is from Chesterton, Indiana, just 39 miles outside of
Chicago.
He lived in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida for 18 years and most recently
lived in Cincinnati, Ohio for 8 years before moving to Playa one
year ago.
He studied voice, piano, and organ in performance and education
at Valparaiso University, and recently was manager of a full-line
music store in Cincinnati.
He also has taught music, both private
instruction and in school class rooms.

Doug Morgan
Born and raised in Dayton, Ohio. After college (Bowling Green State University, Ohio) Doug got married and headed south to Baton Rouge where he was President of a NYSE life insurance company, and also where his “Cajun" kids were born.
He then moved to Ft Lauderdale and then Key West, Florida for many years as a financial advisor and planner for a large financial services company.
Doug bought a condo in Playa 4 years ago from Top Mexico Real Estate; after a year or so of many vacations and trips back and forth to Florida, he finally moved to Mexico permanently, continuing to his work from a distance (technology is wonderful!) Six months later he retired, sold his financial planning business and excelled at doing nothing. Soon, Thomas convinced him to join the TOP Mexico Team and what fun it has been!
As Doug tells anyone who asks, he has met a lot of wonderful people and has learned a good deal about his new home city. What a great adventure....life in Mexico!
Doug loves to travel, try good food and educate his taste buds to the wonders of tequila. His favorite past time is spending time with and spoiling his 3 grandkids in Ohio.
