solutions, we manage your entire contract staffing activity under a single operation.

As well as sourcing the best in global talent for your organization, our contingent workforce solutions provide a complete range of onboarding and mobilization services as well as comprehensive compliance and risk management. Dependent upon preference, we operate under either your brand or ours and work from either your offices or from our own, to transform your contract staffing process into an efficient, compliant and high performing hiring operation.

We provide you with a dedicated recruitment team, ensuring all our consultants are inducted and embedded within the culture, processes and methodologies of your organization. This team will consist of recruitment, vendor management, assignment support, global mobility, payroll and legal personnel, each with a clearly defined role to ensure all contract hires and mobilizations are completed on schedule and on budget.

We are also experts at the specification, selection, implementation and operation of complex vendor

management systems (VMS). We are technology independent, allowing us to choose and operate the best system for you. This allows us to provide a consolidated view of all contract hiring within your organization, while accessing the best skills at the most competitive price point, anywhere in the world.

Our client’s challenge

Our client was looking to improve the effectiveness of its temporary recruitment function and generate administrative and contingent worker cost savings. They needed to standardize their end-to-end recruitment processes and develop a direct delivery model while retaining their valued preferred supplier relationships.

Our client required the support of a solutions provider who could offer full compliance to regulatory, industry and contractual requirements and retain relationships with key suppliers.

Our solution

We began by performing a contingent worker audit to understand current headcount, supply base rates and length of assignments. Following this we were able to do a full process review across all business areas and design end-to-end future state processes.

We also developed post audit recommendations for standardizing supply base rates, policy rules to mitigate legal risk and initiatives to drive cost savings.

The outcome

Since implementing our solution, we have made over 4,500 contingency hires. Our client has reduced its reliance on external suppliers from 65% to just 4% which has generated ongoing savings of £1 million per year.

Our client’s challenge

Our client, an oilfield services provider, wanted to consolidate resourcing activity under a single operational solution. The key objectives were to improve the experience for hiring managers and candidates and reduce time-to-hire through sourcing innovation and talent pooling. The client also wanted to improve response times and offer broader access to the global talent pool by improving sourcing and attraction approaches under the client’s brand.

We were tasked with building a robust resourcing solution to service these requirements.

Our solution

We implemented a comprehensive multi-country RPO solution, delivering services across the five main regions of Asia, Middle East, Europe, Africa and Russia Caspian. Onsite recruitment services were delivered in 16 countries with offsite centralized sourcing and administration services being delivered to over 60 countries in total. We operated from five main hubs with support from two global client service centres in the Philippines and Poland.

The outcome

After implementing the solution three years ago, we now make over 4,000 placements per year on behalf of our client.

Our direct hire RPO solution has reduced our client’s time-to-hire by 50% to 24 days. We have also significantly reduced the cost-per-hire by reducing the reliance on external suppliers from over 50% to less than 5%.

Our scope of services has grown every year and now also includes graduate and senior management hiring.

Our client’s challenge

Our client, an Australian based oil and gas operator, was looking for the support of a strategic staffing partner who could provide a centrally managed recruitment and resourcing solution for their global staffing process. They wanted to work with a company who could provide them with a full reporting suite, develop a range of measurable HR metrics and improve the hiring efficiency across their entire recruitment operation.

Our solution

Working from our network of five offices across Australia, we implemented a fully integrated RPO solution to cover their core hiring divisions of permanent recruitment, contract staffing, executive search, training and pre-employment assessments. We also gave our client a central point of contact responsible for the implementation of the overall solution who could report against the company’s key performance indicators.

The outcome

Within the first year of implementing the solution, we halved our client’s dependency on external suppliers to just 20%, with a further reduction to 7% within three years, representing a significant cost saving to the business. We also materially reduced our client’s time-to-hire.

Such was the seamless integration of our team within our client's organization, that during the process we also helped our client to set up several initiatives, including a career flexibility program which allowed job-sharing among part time workers and a push to recruit over 30 staff with a disability, to adhere to their newly developed corporate responsibility guidelines.

Through this integrated approach, over 1,100 staff were brought into the business within six months of launch.
