PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND

Daniel Barriga is a retail leasing specialist focused primarily on landlord representation, with limited tenant representation. A developing young commercial real estate professional, Daniel

joined Centers Business Management’s West LA office in 2017. Daniel handles listings in Los Angeles and Orange Counties, concentrating on the Mid Cities, South Bay, Long Beach, and North

Orange County regions. His previous work experience includes a variety of restaurant service industry positions, along with formally instructing children and adults in the art of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

Over the past decade, Daniel has been employed largely in the service industry, holding positions as waiter, server, bartender. During his food service tenure, Daniel has worked at a number of

notable eateries, including the Olive Garden and most recently Breakfast Bar, a favorite local establishment in downtown Long Beach.

In addition to his restaurant oriented work, Daniel is a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu instructor. After obtaining his certification several years ago, Daniel began leading Jiu Jitsu instructional programs for both

children and adults. Daniel has taught for several schools, and currently leads classes at the Jiu Jitsu League of Long Beach.

Daniel possesses empathic customer care instincts and natural leadership abilities, honed amid his service and teaching positions. As a Southern California native, Daniel is intimately familiar

with the region’s unique physical geography and community distinctions. Additionally, Daniel is bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish. These combined skills and traits have proven

invaluable in Daniel’s burgeoning real estate career.
