Disciplined Investment Process

-

We believe investors need to employ a dynamic or tactical

asset allocation process that combines long-term strategies with short-term portfolio adjustments. This

allows our clients to take advantage of opportunities to enhance returns as well as manage risk during

different market cycles.

Experienced Professionals and Qualified Research

- We design portfolios for clients

party research providers and our internal team research process.

Personalized Service

- We meet weekly to discuss current market events, effects on client portfolios

and to make decisions on any needed changes for our clients.

Flexible Investment Strategies

- It is our objective to be tactical, dynamic and nimble in our

approach to money management. We will proactively contact you when we feel there are opportunities to

both grow capital as well as preserve it. We do not believe a static “buy and hold” approach works in

today’s volatile marketplace.

Communication

- We will communicate regularly to review and recommend potential changes to

your portfolio. Factors such as a job change, kids off to college, retirement, and overall income needs will

be considered and may affect our recommendations regarding your overall investment strategy and
