W CAN I USE MY REWARDS POINTS?

Your personalised Rewards dashboard will give you access to a superb gallery of items.

Just log in to the Suzuki Rewards website to view and track the number of points you have earned and then access the Rewards section to view the range of available items. Rewards can be browsed through the navigation pane or you can use the search function if you are looking for something specific. For details of the available rewards, please visit the Rewards Gallery.

DO MY REWARDS POINTS EXPIRE?

Your points do not expire, however if points aren’t spent upon leaving Suzuki then you will lose them.

HOW DO I KNOW IF I HAVE

SUCCESSFULLY REDEEMED MY POINTS FOR A REWARD?

Once you have placed your order, a

confirmation number will be displayed on the screen; you will also receive a confirmation email to your nominated email address.

CAN I TOP UP MY POINTS TOTAL?

If you don’t have enough points to get the reward you want, you can top up your points total using PayPal. You can use PayPal to cover up to 30% of the value of your selected reward.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Please contact Help & Support the same day, requesting assistance with your order. In most circumstances they will be able to cancel the order for you.

WHERE WILL MY ITEMS BE DELIVERED TO?

When you have selected an item within the rewards gallery, you can nominate your preferred address during the checkout process. The delivery address will default to the address you have listed in the‘My Profile’

section of the Suzuki Rewards website if no other address is provided.

FOR LARGER ITEMS –SUCH AS BBQSAND FLAT SCREEN TVS –IT IS REQUIRED THAT SOMEONE IS AVAILABLE TO RECEIVETHE GOODS.

During these instances, you will be notified of a delivery time.

HOW LONG SHIPPING TAKE?

All items are shipped to your nominated address within 5-14 business days of the order being received. You will have the option of nominating a shipping address at the time of checkout.

I HAVE FORGOTTEN MY PASSWORD, HOW CAN I GET ANOTHER?

You can retrieve your password via the

‘Retrieve Password’ icon on the log in screen.

Alternatively, you can usethe

Help & Support/Contact Us link located at the bottom of the log in screen. Please

remember that all passwords are case sensitive.

HOW DO I CHANGE MY PASSWORD?

•Click ‘My Account’ >> ‘My Profile’ >>My Details

•Select the ‘Password’ tab

•Follow the instructions and click ‘Save’

When you log in for the first time you should change your password. You should also add a security question.

To do this:

•Click ‘My Account’ >> ‘My Profile’

•Select the ‘Security’ tab

•Follow the instructions and click ‘Save’

All support queries should be directed to the Help & Support/Contact Us section of the Suzuki Rewards Program website.

HOW DO I GET STARTED?

LOGGING ON

Once you have logged in, you will be taken to your home screen.

This section will contain your name, current points balance and total points awarded. You also have the option to upload a photo of yourself via the “My Details” section.

Rewards Gallery: This will take you through to the Rewards Gallery, where you can spend your points on 30,000 items.

How Do I Earn Points: Here you will find full details about how the programme works.

View My Points History: Here you can see a detailed summary of any points you have earned as well as any redemptions you have made.

Your Welcome Letter emailed

to you will contain your Username and Password.

Go to www.suzukirewards.com.au and enter in your login details.

If you ever forget your password, click on the

Forgot your Password link.

PERSONAL DETAILS

MY ACCOUNT

Under the My Account/Profile tab there are six different tabs that are available to select:

a. My Profile - This section will allow you to review your personal details including contact details and password.

b. Notification Center –This section will become avaliable when the full programme launches.

c. My Orders - This sections shows all of the orders that you have made in the Suzuki 2018 Rewards Program.

d. My Points - Track all point accruals from awards you have received.

e. My Tokens - Displays how many tokens you have to play a game.

f. My Achievements - This section will become avaliable when the full programme launches.

In My Profile, you are able to change your personal details including contact address. If you click on the plus icon you can add a photograph to your profile.

You could also change your password by clicking on the My

Details and Click the drop down arrow, Select Change

Password.

Click the ‘Rewards Gallery icon on the homepage.

There are thousands of items in the gallery that you can redeem your points on.

Simply click on a category that you’d like to browse.

SUZUKI 2018 REWARDS THE GALLERY

Click on the reward that you’d like to redeem. You can add the item to your Dream Tracker (if you don’t have enough points), or to your cart to checkout.

From here, you can continue the checkout process. This includes filling out your delivery details. Your reward(s) should be with you in 10 working days.
