This document lists the configurations that have been tested for the Oracle Primavera P6 version 7.0 release.

Notes

P6 Suite, as listed in this document, refers to the following components offered in the Primavera P6 Enterprise Project Portfolio Management media pack:

 Project Management module  Methodology Management module  P6 Web Access

 P6 Progress Reporter  P6 Integration API  P6 Web Services

 P6 Reporting Database R1 and R2 (R1 applies to all platforms except HP-UX)  P6 Analytics R1

The P6 product suite is supported on VMware.

In general, the P6 product suite is compatible with configurations supported by third party vendors.

The Business edition of Windows Vista and the Professional edition of Windows 7 were used during testing. Other editions were not tested but should be fully compatible with P6, with the exception of the Home edition.

For all Java Application Servers, a 64-bit JDK/JVM (Java Virtual Machine) is required for all 64-bit Platforms. Except where noted, all configurations were tested with English as the operating system locale and input language. * P6 now supports JRE 1.6.0_35 using Patch 15910202 or the latest patch available for P6. * P6 now supports JRE 1.6.0_38 using Patch 16041116 or the latest patch available for P6.

* P6 now supports JRE 1.7.0_13, 1.7.0_17, 1.7.0_21, 1.7.0_25, 1.6.0_39, 1.6.0_43 and 1.6.0_45 using Patch 17302830 or the latest patch available for P6.

* P6 now supports JRE 1.7.0_45, 1.7.0_51, Oracle Access Manager 11.1.2.0 (OAM 11g) using Patch 17631702 * P6 now supports JRE 1.7.0_55 and 1.7.0_71 using Patch 18637481 or the latest patch available for P6. ** P6 supports only Firefox 10.0.5 (ESR- Extended Support Release), IE8 with JRE 1.6.0_35 and 1.6.0_38. ** P6 supports only Firefox 10.0.12 (ESR- Extended Support Release), IE8 with JRE 1.7.0_13, 1.7.0_17, 1.6.0_39 and 1.6.0.43

** P6 supports only Firefox 17.0.6 (ESR- Extended Support Release), IE8 with JRE 1.7.0_25, 1.7.0_45 and 1.7.0_51 ** P6 supports only Firefox 24.4.0 (ESR- Extended Support Release), IE8 with JRE 1.7.0_55
