Item 1. This brochure supplement provides information about Gregory Martik, Jayme
Russo and Robert Pulit, investment advisory representatives of Bluestone Wealth Advisors, Inc., a registered investment advisor. This brochure is meant to supplement the Bluestone Wealth Advisors, Inc. firm brochure, a copy of which you should have received. Item 2. Educational and Business Experience Gregory J. Martik, CFP®
Greg Martik has been in the financial services industry for over 24 years and he currently serves as President of Bluestone Wealth Management, Inc. (“Bluestone”). He joined the firm in 2004, when it was previously known as Retirement Advisors, Inc. Prior to joining Bluestone, Greg was an Investment Consultant with Charles Schwab, Inc., from 1998 to 2004. Greg was born in 1960 and is a 1982 graduate of California University of
Pennsylvania, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management. In 1994, Greg earned the Certified Financial Planner™ designation (CFP®) from the College
for Financial Planning in Denver, Colorado. The Certified Financial Planner (CFP®)
designation is a professional certification mark for financial planners. It is conferred by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc. after candidates have met all of the requirements for certification. Those requirements include having completed a Board-Registered educational program, having at least three years of qualifying work experience in the personal financial planning area, and passing the CFP® Certification Examination.
The exam, which is administered over two days, tests a financial planner’s ability to apply his or her knowledge to specific client situations. Individuals who become certified must complete 30 hours of continuing education hours every two years, including two hours on the Code of Ethics and other parts of the Standards of Professional Conduct to maintain the right to continue to use the CFP® marks.
Greg is a FINRA registered representative (licensed with Dautrich, Seiler Financial Services, Inc., Member FINRA/SIPC), an investment advisor representative, and holds Life, Health, and Variable contract insurance licenses. Greg is married and has six children.
Jayme A. Russo, MBA
Jayme Russo has over 17 years’ experience in the financial services industry and he
currently serves as the Vice President of Bluestone. Born in 1963, Jayme is a 1986 graduate of Grove City College, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business
known as Retirement Advisors, Inc. Prior to joining Bluestone, Jayme was associated with Charles Schwab, Inc., from 1997 to 2004, where he served as an Educational Investment Specialist from 1998 – 2001, and a Portfolio Manager for High Net Worth Clients from 2001-2004.
Jayme is a FINRA registered representative (licensed with Dautrich, Seiler Financial
Services, Inc., Member FINRA/SIPC), and an investment advisor representative. He served as an Economics teacher at a local community college from 2001 – 2005, and is active in his community, serving as both a Sunday school teacher at his local church, and a high school baseball coach. Jayme is married and has two children.
Robert M. Pulit
Bob Pulit has over 20 years’ experience in the financial services industry, and he currently serves as Secretary/Treasurer and Chief Compliance Officer of Bluestone. Bob joined Bluestone in 2005, when the firm was known as Retirement Advisors, Inc. Prior to joining Bluestone, Bob was an Investment Consultant with Charles Schwab, Inc.
Bob was born in 1965 and is a 1988 graduate of Robert Morris University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management/Finance. He is a FINRA registered
representative (licensed with Dautrich, Seiler Financial Services, Inc., Member FINRA/SIPC), and an investment advisor representative.
Item 3. Disciplinary Information
Registered investment advisers are required to disclose all material facts regarding any legal or disciplinary events that would be material to your evaluation of each supervised person providing investment advice. There is no disciplinary information to report for Greg Martik, Jayme Russo, or Bob Pulit.
Item 4. Other Business Activities

registered representatives of Dautrich, Seiler Financial Services, Inc. (DSFS), an unaffiliated registered broker/dealer and FINRA member. In this capacity, they may affect securities transactions for clients for which they may receive separate, yet customary compensation. Greg, Jayme and Bob are also licensed to sell various insurance products for which they may receive product commissions.
Item 5. Additional Compensation
As discussed in Item 4 above, Greg, Jayme and Bob are registered representatives of DSFS. In this capacity, they may receive commissions for securities product sales. In addition, Greg, Jayme and Bob are licensed as insurance agents and they may receive normal and customary insurance product commissions from the sale of insurance products.
While Greg, Jayme and Bob always endeavour to put clients’ interests first and foremost, clients should be aware that the receipt of additional compensation itself creates a conflict of interest. To address the potential for a conflict of interest, Greg, Jayme and Bob disclose to clients any fees or compensation associated with recommended investment or insurance products. Clients are provided with applicable product prospectuses and offering
materials, which discuss the fees associated with the applicable products. Clients are also asked to sign applicable disclosure documents and/or account applications that point out important product features and fees. As fiduciaries, Greg, Jayme and Bob make product recommendations that they feel are in the client’s best interest and are based on the specific needs and objectives of the client, not the compensation potential of the product.
Item 6. Supervision
Bluestone Wealth Advisors, Inc. has appointed a Chief Compliance Officer who is
responsible for the overall supervision of the firm. The Chief Compliance Officer is Robert Pulit, who also serves as the firm’s Secretary/Treasurer. Bob implements a specific set of Written Supervisory Procedures that he has developed for the supervision of the firm. He maintains required books and records to monitor the investment advice and
