What our

clients say

Employee benefits is an important part of our culture as we strive to attract and retain talented associates.

With our growth, it is critical that we are proactive and consistently reviewing our healthcare spend. The Ironwood team meets with us on a regular basis to review the claims utilization, measure benchmarks and evaluate funding alternatives. As a result, we have been able to identify trends and communicate with associates on alternative forms of quality care that are more cost effective.

The team at Ironwood brings us consistent value and new ideas while differentiating themselves with their independent objectivity. Therefore, our organization has experienced renewals well below industry average. Our total increase for all lines of coverage (medical, pharmacy, dental, vision, disability and life insurance) has averaged 5% since 2001. It has been a please partnering with the Ironwood Benefits Advisory Team.
