Azure Advisor: cost recommendations

Optimize virtual machine spend by resizing or shutting down underutilized instances

Monitors VM usage for 7 days and identifies VMs with CPU utilization of 5% or less and network utilization of less than 2%, or VMs where the current workload can be accommodated by a smaller virtual machine size
