What performance warranties does the supplier provide?
All PV panels degrade 0.5% to 1% per year. Easy Being Green Panels provides:

There should be at least a 100mm gap between the roof and the panel. Panel rails brackets are designed and installed to allow a minimum roof clearance of 100mm
Who designs my system?
Clean Energy Council (BCSE accreditation) can design and install the complete system for maximum performance.
Who does the electrical hookup to the grid?

Is the inverter expandable if I get more panels in the future?
PV System is designed for your application and for the size of the maximum energy generation of the modules. Inverters can be upgraded above system output to allow for additional panels if this is required.

Both the poly-crystalline and the mono-crystalline panels supplied by EBG are manufactured with bypass diodes.
Does the price quoted include all the necessary metering charges and paperwork for my local electricity supplier?
No, a separate meter will be required and supplied by your electricity network provider following application by the account holder. The installation cost of this meter is additional to the PV System costs. Depending upon the suitability of your existing power board these additional costs may range from $250 - $600 in most circumstances. EBG can organise this installation for you up completion of necessary “network” forms.
How will I know if my system is performing to it’s max potential on a day to day basis?
The installed inverter comes equipped with a digital display - Check operation monitoring section in inverter manual for indicative daily readings.
Do you give an accurate estimation of system production with your quotes?
