Groundlevel Limited was established in 1997. Having started out in landscaping and grounds maintenance, we have expanded our scope to become a complete facilities management company, providing services to many commercial, educational, business and property management sectors throughout the North West of England and the Midlands. Our mobile teams operate in Cheshire, South Lancashire, Greater Manchester, Merseyside, and even further afield.
We provide both a scheduled inspection and maintenance service, emergency response, and also management services for construction and special projects. Groundlevel supplies cleaning services, including interior and exterior window cleaning, landscaping and grounds maintenance, internal and external building maintenance, including electrical and plumbing services.
Over the last decade we have diligently and professionally expanded to provide our clients with a single contact point for all their requirements. We aim to give all our clients an individually tailored and cost effective service that will meet all their building management needs.

Our cleaning team is made up of individuals who are not only committed to providing the highest level of service, but also have a genuine focus on customer care with a large number of the team having recently completed NVQ training in customer services.
Our cleaning experience is wide spanning evolving from a range of backgrounds and professional experiences, and we are able to undertake all of your cleaning and hygiene requirements to a first class standard using modern equipment.
Our services help you to provide a safe, clean and hygienic educational facility with a schedule tailored to meet your needs and budget.
Professional in their approach and committed to customer care, the team is able to deliver planned window cleaning regimes at client specific frequencies, and also has the capacity to undertake additional one-off works to include jet washing, fascia cleaning and similar tasks. Utilising the latest equipment including water fed poles and reach & wash systems, the team is health and safety conscious as well as focused on providing a first class, value for money service.
Groundlevel was conceived from the managing
director’s passion for the landscaping industry, and his dedication to this profession remains evident today in the substantial growth of this area of the business. We mobilise our grounds operatives in small teams each headed up by a charge-hand to lead the teams to deliver service excellence, creating tidy and well manicured environments.
We offer both planned and reactive solutions to all of your grounds maintenance needs; this can include sports pitch renovation and line marking as required to support annual sports days and other events.
Our projects and reactive team employs a number of specialist trades-people, qualified in areas such as plastering, plumbing, brick-laying, roofing, decorating and more. The reactive department is a busy and fast-paced environment, adept at handling changing priorities dictated by our clients’ needs. Flexible and responsive, we seek to deliver a reactive service that minimises any disruption to you or your premises. The projects department is where we manage all planned maintenance, refurbishment and reinstatement works. Liaising closely with our clients and supported by surveyors and facilities management specialists, the team will create a bespoke schedule of works to accommodate all of your requirements, expectations, financial and time constraints, to deliver an on-time and high quality solution.

This policy establishes the company’s position, role and responsibilities and clarifies what is expected from everybody involved within the company. It very clearly highlights the importance placed by Groundlevel Limited in the protection of children and young people. This policy is written in line with Warrington Safeguarding Children Board (SWCB) Safeguarding Procedures, Groundlevel will ensure
