1. PROMOTION DESCRIPTION: Sting-Kill’s 2015 Summer Giveaways (the “Sweepstakes”) entry period begins at 8:00 a.m. Central Time (“CT”) on Monday, April 20, 2015 and ends on Monday, November, 2, 2015 at 12:00 p.m. CT (the “Entry Period”). Entry in the Sweepstakes does not constitute entry into any other promotion, contest or sweepstakes. By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Randob Labs, Ltd., PO Box 440, Cornwall, NY 12518 (the “Sponsor”) whose decisions shall be final and legally binding in all respects.
2. ELIGIBILITY: This promotion is open to legal U.S. residents (excluding Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands and Guam) and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Randob Labs, Ltd. (the “Sponsor”), and each of its respective affiliated
companies, subsidiaries, and advertising or promotional agencies (the “Sweepstakes Entities”) and the immediate family members of, and any persons domiciled with such employees, are not eligible. All eligibility is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. All entries submitted are the property of the Sponsor. Sponsor’s database clock will be the timekeeper for this Sweepstakes. This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited.
3. HOW TO ENTER
a. Visit the STING-KILL page on Facebook (http://www.facebook.com/stingkill) during the Entry Period and access the Sting-Kill’s 2015 Summer Giveaway
application on the Facebook Platform by clicking on the link to the “Sweepstakes” page. To access the Sweepstakes application you must “like” the Sting-Kill page on Facebook. You can then enter the Sweepstakes by completing and submitting the online entry form, including e-mail address, verification of age, and acceptance of these Official Rules. All entries must be submitted in the name of an individual person and the prize can only be awarded to the person whose name is on the winning entry. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means will be void. The Sweepstakes Entities are not
responsible for misdirected, incomplete, lost, late, illegible, undelivered, inaccurate or delayed entries, or for technical, hardware, or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions or other errors or problems which may limit or affect a person’s ability to participate in the Sweepstakes, whether human, mechanical, typographical, printing, electronic, network or otherwise, relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors which may occur in connection with the
administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prize or in any Sweepstakes-related materials. In the event of sabotage, acts of God, terrorism or threats thereof, computer virus or other events beyond the Sponsor’s control,
which corrupt the integrity, administration, security or proper operation of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, cancel or suspend the Sweepstakes. In the event of cancellation, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prize from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to the event requiring such cancellation. False or deceptive entries or acts will render the participant ineligible. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.
b. A total of 10 Giveaways will run during the following dates:

iv. Tuesday, June 23 2015 at 8:00 a.m. CT through Monday, July 6 2015 at 12:00 p.m. CT
v. Tuesday, July 7 2015 at 8:00 a.m. CT through Friday, July 31 2015 at 12:00 p.m. CT
vi. Saturday, August 1 2015 at 8:00 a.m. CT through Monday, August 17 2015 at 12:00 p.m. CT
vii. Tuesday, August 18 2015 at 8:00 a.m. CT through Tuesday, September 8 2015 at 12:00 p.m. CT
viii. Wednesday, September 9 2015 at 8:00 a.m. CT through Wednesday, September 30 2015 at 12:00 p.m. CT
ix. Thursday, October 1 2015 at 8:00 a.m. CT through Sunday, October 18 2015 at 12:00 p.m. CT
x. Monday, October 19 7 2015 at 8:00 a.m. CT through Monday, November 2 2015 at 12:00 p.m. CT
For each of the ten (10) giveaways listed above, there will be one (1) Grand Prize Winner and two (2) Runner-Up Winners. During the course of the entire Sting-Kill 2015 Summer Giveaways there will a total of ten (10) Grand Prize Winners and twenty (20) Runner-Up Winners. Each Grand Prize Winner will receive one BUGG® - BeefEater Universal Gas Grill and a Sting-Kill Prize Pack.
c. LIMIT: One prize per person or Facebook user. All entries are subject to verification by the Administrator. Entries that do not meet the recipe specifications, or description specifications, or otherwise do not comply with the Official Rules herein may be
automatically disqualified. Incomplete, illegible or mutilated entries will be automatically disqualified. No responsibility is assumed for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, illegible entries. Any attempted form of entry other than as described herein is void. Sponsor will determine in its sole discretion, what constitutes a valid entry. All materials submitted become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud or technical failures destroy the integrity of the Sweepstakes as determined by the Sponsor, in its sole discretion, and to award the prizes based on eligible entries received prior to the
cancellation.
4. Winner Announcement: Winners will be announced within 5 days of each contest ending (based on the dates listed above).
5. NOTICE TO ONLINE ENTRIES: Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for problems downloading or uploading of any contest-related information to or from the web site or for any other technical malfunctions of electronic equipment, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer hardware or software failures, phone lines, failure of any electronic mail entry to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems, traffic, congestion on the internet or the web site, or any other technical problems related to web site entries including telecommunication miscommunication or failure, and failed, lost, delayed, incomplete, garbled or misdirected communications which may limit an entrant’s ability to participate in this Sweepstakes.
6. HOW TO WIN: One Grand Prize and Two Runner-Up Winners will be chosen within 5 days of each contest ending (based on the dates listed above) by a representative of Sponsor from among all eligible entries received up until the time of the drawing. Each Grand Prize Winner will receive one BUGG® - BeefEater Universal Gas Grill and a Sting-Kill Prize Pack. The decision of the Sponsor will be final and binding in all matters. The Winners will be confirmed by e-mail and must meet all eligibility requirements including the timely execution and return of all necessary releases and documents (if any) required by Sponsor. 7. PRIZES: PRIZE/ODDS: Each Grand Prize Winner will receive one BUGG® - BeefEater
Universal Gas Grill and a Sting-Kill Prize Pack.
Odds of winning Grand Prize depend upon number of eligible entrants into grand prize drawing. No substitution or transfer of prizes or cash redemptions permitted by the Winners. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute for any reason whatsoever a prize (or portion thereof) of
comparable or greater value, in its sole discretion. Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. Unclaimed prizes may not be awarded.
The Winners are responsible for the reporting and payment of all taxes (if any) as well as any other costs and expenses associated with acceptance and use of a prize not specified herein as being awarded. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to make equivalent substitutions as necessary, due to circumstances not under its control.
8. PRIZE WINNER NOTIFICATION: Conduct of the promotion drawing is under the supervision of the Administrator. Potential prize winners will be notified in person and/or by phone and/or by email or mail or express mail or by online posting using the contact information provided at the time of entry and may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and Prize and publicity releases. Failure to return such forms when requested may result in disqualification and
selection of an alternate winner. Sponsor shall have no liability for any potential prize winner notification that is lost, intercepted or not received by any potential prize winner for any reason. If, despite reasonable efforts, any potential prize winner does not respond within (7) days of the first notification attempt, or if the prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable to such potential prize winner, such potential prize winner will forfeit his or her prize and an alternate winner may be selected. If any potential prize winner is found to be ineligible, or if he or she has not complied with these Official Rules or declines a prize for any reason prior to award, such potential prize winner will be disqualified and an alternate prize winner may be selected.
9. GENERAL PRIZE RESTRICTIONS/CONDITIONS: Entrants agree that Sweepstakes Entities and Facebook shall not be responsible or liable for any losses, damages or injuries of any kind resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes related activity, or from entrants’ acceptance, receipt, possession and/or use or misuse of any prize. Sponsor makes no warranties, and hereby disclaims any and all warranties, express or implied, concerning any prize furnished in connection with the Sweepstakes.
WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, SUCH PRIZES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND SPONSOR HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL SUCH WARRANTIES,
INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND/OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
10. PUBLICITY RELEASE: Acceptance of any Prize constitutes prize winner’s permission for the Sweepstakes Entities to use prize winner’s entry materials, name, photograph, likeness, voice, biographical information, statements and includes any photographs or videos from the Grand Prize (collectively, the "Attributes"), for advertising and/or publicity purposes worldwide and in all forms of media now known or hereafter devised, in perpetuity, without further compensation or authorization, (except where prohibited by law), and releases the Sweepstakes Entities from all claims arising out of the use of such Attributes.
11. DISQUALIFICATION/FORCE MAJEURE: Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, mutilated,
misdirected, illegible, incomplete, inaccurate, or stolen, submissions or prize notifications. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who is found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or to be acting in an unsportsman-like or disruptive manner, or with the intent to disrupt or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes, or to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. No mechanically
reproduced, illegible, incomplete, forged, software-generated or other automated multiple entries will be accepted. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend, or terminate the
Sweepstakes if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the Sweepstakes is technically impaired or corrupted or that fraud or technical problems, failures or malfunctions or other causes beyond Sponsor’s control have destroyed or severely undermined or to any degree impaired the integrity, administration, security, proper play and/or feasibility of the Sweepstakes as contemplated
herein. In the event an insufficient number of eligible entries are received and/or Sponsor is prevented from awarding prizes or continuing with the Sweepstakes as contemplated herein by any event beyond its control, including but not limited to fire, flood, natural or man-made epidemic of health of other means, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared) or any federal state or local government law, order, or regulation, public health crisis (e.g. SARS), order of any court or jurisdiction, or other cause not reasonably within Sponsor’s control (each a “Force Majeure” event or occurrence), then Sponsor shall have the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes. If the Sweepstakes is terminated before the designated end date, Sponsor will (if possible) select the winner in a random drawing from all eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the date of the event giving rise to the termination. Inclusion in such drawing shall be each entrant’s sole and exclusive remedy under such circumstances. Only the type and quantity of prizes described in these Official Rules will be awarded. If, for any reason, more bona fide winners come forward seeking to claim prizes in excess of the number of each type of prize set forth in these Official Rules, the winners, or remaining winners, as the case may be, of the advertised number of prizes available in the prize category in question may be selected in a random drawing from among all persons making purportedly valid claims for such prize(s). The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.
GOVERNING LAW/JURISDICTION: ALL ISSUES AND QUESTIONS CONCERNING THE CONSTRUCTION, VALIDITY, INTERPRETATION AND ENFORCEABILITY OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES OR THE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF ENTRANTS OR SPONSOR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND
CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE INTERNAL LAWS OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK WITHOUT GIVING EFFECT TO ANY CHOICE OF LAW OF CONFLICT OF LAW RULES OR PROVISIONS THAT WOULD CAUSE THE APPLICATION OF ANY OTHER STATE’S LAWS.
12. ARBITRATION PROVISION: By participating in this Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees that any and all disputes the entrant may have with, or claims entrant may have against, the
Sweepstakes Entities relating to, arising out of or connected in any way with (i) the eligibility of entrants, (ii) the awarding or redemption of any prize, and/or (iii) the determination of the scope or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate, will be resolved individually and exclusively by final and binding arbitration administered by the National Arbitration Forum (the “Forum”) and conducted before a sole arbitrator pursuant to the Code of Procedure established by the Forum. The arbitration shall be held at a location determined by the Forum pursuant to the Code of Procedure, or at such other location as may be mutually agreed by the participant and Sponsors. The arbitrator’s decision shall be controlled by the terms and conditions of these Official Rules and any of the other agreements referenced herein that the applicable participant may have entered into in connection with the Sweepstakes. There shall be no authority for any claims to be arbitrated on a class or representative basis; arbitration can decide only the participant’s and/or Sponsors individual claims and the arbitrator may not consolidate or join the claims of other
persons or parties who may be similarly situated. The arbitrator shall not have the power to award punitive damages against the participant or Sponsors. If any part of this Arbitration Provision is deemed to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, the balance of this Arbitration Provision shall remain in effect and shall be construed in
accordance with its terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.

The use of any prize manufacturer, name or trademark in connection with any of the prizes is solely for the purpose of describing such prize, and is not intended to suggest any affiliation or sponsorship.
