Downloading Youtube and Drive Data
In this section we will accomplish two parts with one quick action 1. While signed in to your Unity Gmail account visit google.csv.com/takeout
2. Click the “Choose services” tab to the right of the “Takeout” heading
3. Now, select the “Drive” and “Youtube” buttons under the “Select a service:” section, then click the “Create Archive” button at the bottom
4. It will now take you to a progress page, where it shows it packaging up your files for download. The time it takes to package up everything will depend on how many files you have in Drive, and how many videos you have uploaded to Youtube
5. Once it is done it will say “complete” in green at the top of the archive section. Click “Download”
6. After clicking “Download” it will ask you to sign in again to verify your identity before you start downloading all of your files
7. After signing in, your download should start. It will download a file titled
[yourEmail]-takeout.zip. If you are using Safari, it will likely automatically open and expand the .zip file to a folder titled [yourEmail]-takeout. If you are not using Safari, simply double click the .zip file in your Downloads to expand it to a folder.
8. Inside this folder you will see two folders; Youtube and Drive. Inside the Drive folder you should see your files and folders you had set up in your school email account. In the Youtube folder you should see all of your Youtube video files
