• One month’s recurring service charge

Reward Payments
• Service must be deployed, active and in good standing for 60 days
• Referrer must complete an IRS form W-9 or W-8 prior to payment
• Payments take approximately 4-6 weeks to process once eligibility established and all paperwork is completed
