Eligibility Requirements

1. A woman who has survived domestic violence and who is a U.S. citizen or legal resident of the U.S.

2. Must be free of drug and alcohol dependency.

3. Strong desire, ability and determination to complete a training and/or academic program. 4. Sponsorship by a non-profit, domestic violence service agency willing to mentor and provide support; and

5. A definite plan to use the desired training to upgrade skills for career advancement, to train for a new career field, or to enter or reenter the job market.
