Chase Underwriting Review

• Loan is assigned to a Non‐Agency Underwriter for review:

• Chase National Underwriting performs second review on loans over $1 million • Chase National Underwriting provides decision to initial Underwriter who communicates  final status and faxes decision document, Approval Memo, to Correspondent contact  provided on submission form

• Chase holds loan for 15 days until both credit documents and rate lock expires
