Plex education programs aim to optimize your use of Plex. Whether you’re a new Plex customer or a long-time user, you’ll find course options to fit your needs. Many of our classes are available online, allowing you to maximize learning without leaving your office.
Types of Training to Meet Your Needs
Virtual Instructor-led Training Courses (VILT)
Our live Virtual Instructor-led Training courses are perfect for the participant who wants specialized training but cannot get away from the office.

How This Catalog is Organized
This catalog provides you with up-to-date information about our constantly growing library of courses. Courses are organized into four sections:
Getting Started with Plex – These courses are designed for newer Plex users or users in new roles who want to develop a solid understanding of basic Plex functions and general concepts.
Supply Chain & Platform – These courses focus on the entire system end to end and the abilities based on it: from the comprehensive Boot Camp to topics such as business intelligence, security, EDI, workflow, shipping/receiving, purchasing, customer management, integration, and administration.
Finance & HR – These courses focus on accounting, globalization, and human capital management. Manufacturing – These courses focus on topics such as materials, scheduling, maintenance, production, tooling, quality, engineering, inventory, and the new F5 experience.
Schedules & How To Register
All Education Services courses are posted in the Education Services space in the Plex Community. The Educa-tion Services space displays the most updated schedules, prices, course descripEduca-tions, and links to register for the classes you want to attend. Additionally, use the space to ask questions about classes, interact with classmates, and receive updates.
For those holding the All Access Pass [AAP], register with the links provided in the All Access Portal. Space is limited per the logistical considerations for each course. The number of AAP seats your company possesses determines how many spots per offering of VILT classes you can claim.

Plex Boot Camp
This flagship course begins with the fundamental skills necessary to use and administer Plex, including navigation, configuration options, setup tables, settings, security, user management, community, and other critical Plex functions.
Each student begins with a new, unconfigured database. As the class progresses, you populate the system with parts, suppliers, customers, and other data necessary to complete transactions in each phase of the ‘critical path’. From purchasing and receiving raw material to entering sales orders and shipping product to recording production - a hands-on experience awaits you! Whether you are a Plex Champihands-on or a core team member, this is your best opportunity to learn how to configure, test, and implement Plex functionality.

Security Fundamentals

This introductory course targets those who manage their work based on the Maintenance module in Plex and those who manage the schedules and preventative maintanence tasks in Plex. Learn at your own pace via the Personal Learning EXperience [PLEX] which simulates some of the steps and lets you navigate to the Maintenance topics you want to learn more about.
