Pro-Active Public Services College was founded in January 1999 to address the need for skills development

in the public sector. Pro-Active Public Services College was the first educational institution to receive full

accreditation from the Public Sector Education and Training Authority (PSETA) in South Africa.

2. PAYMENTS:

2.1. All invoices will be issued on the first day of a course.

Treasury Regulations, Section 8.2.3 (Section 38(1)(f) and 76(4)(b) of the PFMA) states that: Unless determined otherwise in a contract or other agreement, all payments due to creditors must be settled within 30 days from receipt of an invoice. Accordingly, Pro-Active College requires that all accounts are settled within 30 days of the invoice date. Interest and administration fees will be charged where invoices are not settled

3. CANCELLATIONS/POSTPONEMENTS:

3.1. Pro-Active College must be notified in writing (register@pscollege. co.za) should a client wish to cancel/postpone a registration.

3.2. Cancellations/postponements must be done no later than 7 days before a course starts. A cancellation fee will be levied for cancellations/ postponements received later than 7 days prior to the course to cover costs incurred.

3.3. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that Pro-Active College has received notification of any cancellations or postponements.

3.4. Pro-Active College’s liability in the event of the cancellation or rescheduling of a course will be limited to a refund of the course fees should the learner not be able to attend the rescheduled course. 3.5. In the case of cancellation or postponement of a course, Pro-Active

College will not be liable for any incidental costs such as accommodation or travel costs that were incurred by a client in relation to the intended course.

4. MISCELLANEOUS

4.1. Substitute learners are allowed.

4.2. Learners are responsible for their own travel and accommodation arrangements, as well as all incidental costs such as telephone calls, drinks, room service, food (except for lunches provided), etc.
