COMMUNICATION N. 1

1. ORGANISATION

The Skating Federation of Portugal, in co-operation with the Oporto Skating Association, the City of Matosinhos and the Club Rolar Matosinhos, are going to organise the Show and Precision European Artistic Skating Championship.

It’s a privilege for the Skating Federation of Portugal to accept such an honourable distinction from CERS Artistic – European Artistic Skating Committee, to organise such an important competition. We will do the utmost, together with the regional bodies and partners, to deserve such distinction and, engaged as we are in the realisation of this event, it is our intention to ensure full success from all points of view, social, sport and organisational.

2. RULES & PROGRAMME

This European Championship will be held according to the international rules established by the official competent bodies for this competition. The official Program will be advertised by the European Committee in due time.

3. ACCREDITATION

ALL TEAMS must send the following information to the Organizer by e-mail until April 10.

- Official inscription form

- Low Resolution Photo (one for each person – JPEG format file) Send it by e-mail to: [email protected]

4. MUSIC

ALL TEAMS must send the music of the programs to the Organizer by e-mail until April 22.

5. TICKETS & TICKET OFFICE

Tickets are available at the Sport’s Hall at the price of 10,00 Euros / per person / per day (competition days only).

A Meal service is foreseen at the Sports Hall. All information about meals will be informed as soon as possible.

10. RINK FOR TRAINING

We can provide a Rink for extra training for all teams in a rink 4 Km far away from the venue, in Custóias Town.
