PORCELAIN

SHOWER TILE

Aquanit,

100% porcelain tile.

Porcelain tiles have thick bodies composed of

clay and other minerals combined in a superfine

mixture. The porcelain tiles that are printed in

strong presses are baked at 1250˚C to gain

a very hard structure that does not absorb

water. They are freeze-resistant as they are dirt

and stainproof. Regardless of the application

area, they maintain their color and beauty for

a long time. Aquanit that is produced from

100% porcelain brings all the good qualities of

porcelain to the bathrooms.

Measure the siphon axis and locate the siphon according to the technical drawing.

Cut extension piece that interconnect one siphon to another siphon.

Apply repair mortar. Place the floor siphon into the housing.

Set and check the siphon axis measurement.

Check the screed and the siphon are on the same level. Beveling the waste pipe at least 3 mm is recommended.

The setting screed should have been set before the isolation process.

Spread the porcelain adhesive on floor which is prepared for montage of Aquanit Porcelain Shower Tile.

Displace the protective film.

Place Aquanit Porcelain Shower Tile. Beveling 3 mm towards drain is recommended.

Perform eccentric adjustment from the drain gap to align the floor siphon with the axis.

Fix the floor siphon to the system using the fixation piece.

Place the spiral hair trap into its housing.

Install the cover.

Application - Installation Steps

Warning

• Do not rip off the protective cover film of siphon until the whole application is finished. • Before application, the wall tile must be one line short from the floor.

• Carry out the processes as explained in the user guide.

• Before implementation the product should be checked whether it has defect. No responsibility will be taken after installation. • Cutting and drilling processes should have been done at factory.

• You can contact us through our website (seranit.com.tr) for more detailed information before the application. Application installation steps have been prepared for all models.
