Gamma broadband is designed exclusively for the business market – offices

and home workers. Our network has been built to provide high-quality

products and services and this is supported by a highly-skilled group of support

staff and engineers (all located in the UK). Our unique Assured services are

designed for IP telephony, whether it’s Hosted IP Telephony or SIP trunks.

Assured IP Services – A specialist broadband product designed to support our IP Telephony services. Assured provides all the elements of the end-to-end IP Telephony solution – A Cisco router, business-grade broadband and an IP Telephony service. This product provides small to medium businesses with product options of between 5 – 30 concurrent calls. Further benefits with Assured include prioritised voice traffic across the network and UK-based 24/7 support underpinned with an SLA.

Broadband – Offering coverage to over 99% of the UK premises. Gamma offers a range of Business Broadband products using ADSL Max, ADSL 2+ and Annex M which offers download speeds of up to 24Mbps and upload speeds of up to 2.5Mbps - All competitively priced. There is a range of products to suit your customers’ needs, as well as additional options such as: Business Care and Elevated Traffic Weighting.

Converged Broadband – A broadband service that provides access not only to the internet, but also Gamma IP voice, underpinned by an SLA. Converged Broadband provides an end-to-end telephony and internet access from a single supplier. Additional benefits include a Cisco router and UK based 24/7 support. Each circuit is tested for suitability and each product comes with very generous monthly data allowances.

Converged Ethernet is our premium high speed connectivity service for

businesses that demand high availability and high capacity services; it is

provided as a dedicated connection (up to 1Gbps) with the option to

converge your internet and voice services onto one network.

The service, which is fully managed and monitored, is backed up by an impressive Service Level Agreement and guaranteed time-to-fix, meaning you can get on with running.

Three service options are available to you over either fibre optic Ethernet or EFM (Ethernet in the First Mile):

» converged connection for both IP telephony and internet access

FTTC Ethernet – Delivered using cost-effective FTTC (Fibre to the Cabinet) technology, FTTC Ethernet is our new entry-level ethernet solution that closes the gap between high-speed broadband and high availability ethernet services. Installation lead times and rental costs are significantly lower when compared to fibre optic and EFM ethernet services, whilst fix time remains the same as for EFM. FTTC Ethernet offers fast, reliable access, at a more affordable price and includes all the features of traditional ethernet without compromising on quality or service levels.

EFM (Ethernet in the First Mile) – Cost-effective access delivered in half the time of fibre optic Ethernet and without compromising quality or service levels. Delivered using up to eight copper pairs, EFM is inherently resilient ensuring business continuity and giving you the peace of mind to focus on running your business.
