HOW IS IONIZED ALKALINE
WATER GENERATED?
Zero Water generator produces ionized alkaline water from pure water (H2O) by electrolysis.
Pure water undergoes an electolysis
process to form Hydroxyl Ions (OH-), which is also the active components for eliminating surface-bound germs & dirt. Water molecules come in clusters rather than single molecules. Tap water has very large clusters of 12-14 molecules. The ionization process restructures the water down to about 5-6 molecules per cluster. This smaller cluster size means that the water can be more easily absorbed into the dirts, dissolve them easily.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Being highly reactive, the Hydroxyl Ion
(OH-) attaches on the surface of germs
and extract a Hydrogen Ion (H+) from
their protein coat and cell membrane.
The same goes for dirt, oil.
With the damaged protein coat & cell
membrane,
germs
are
hence
eliminated. Dirt & oil is dissolved. Water
vapor
(H2O)
is
then
formed
and
dispersed back into the air as a result
of
the
combination
of
extract

1. Why does Zero Water have strong cleaning power even it is nearly 100% water?
Zero Water is a water with very tiny clusters full of hydrogen. Zero Water goes into the spaces between stains and objects, wrap stain particles with negative ions and separate stain particles from the surface of objects. This also explains why Zero Water works as deodorizer as tiny negative ion clusters of Zero Water wrap particles of odor. To further answer the question why Zero Water sanitizes, it is simply because of its very high alkalinity and it does not allow any germs to survive in it.
2. What can be used with Zero Water Light?
Zero Water Light can be used on almost every surfaces: Ceramic, stainless steel, glass, leather, plastic, fabric… with 3 basic functions:
• Clean dirt & oil
• Remove unpleasant smells • Kill bacteria on surfaces.
Zero Water Light is more effective when used on shiny, glossy surfaces. To clean matte or porreous surfaces, you need to use brush or microfiber cloth.
3. Is there kind of dirts or stains cannot be cleaned by Zero Water?
▪ Zero Water Light has less effect on rusty stain, corrosion, heavy duty grease.
▪ Zero Water does not fix material damages such as mirror stains, faded-color condition on items… It only has effect on the surface of material.
▪ Do not use Zero Water on item made of raw aluminum or raw copper. These kind of materials are weak against acid and alkaline. Particularly, uncoated aluminum or copper surfaces could change color by high alkalinity.

4. Is it safe to use Zero Water to clean chemical sensitive surfaces such as inside the fridge or microwave?
Zero Water Light is the best cleaner you should be used on chemical sensitive items. It does no harm to skin or foods. More important, it leaves no chemical residues, which may affect your health by accidentally consumption.
5. Can Zero Water really remove bacteria?

6. High pH water as above pH12.5 is supposed to be dangerous. Is Zero Water safe?
Normally, high acid or high alkaline water is made by using hydrochloric acid and sodium hydroxide to water respectively. These very low pH or very high pH waters at both extremes are dangerous liquids with nearly 5% of hazardous chemicals contained as residue and will need careful handling.
On the other hand, Zero Water, which is produced by very special electrolysis method and having the right level of alkalinity of pH12.5 has excellent cleaning, sanitizing and deodorizing power yet not harmful or dangerous.
7. Is it safe even a baby sucks on any objects which has been cleaned by Zero Water Light?
Carbonate potassium which is used as electrolyte to produce Zero Water Light is a substance classified as food additive and is used to rinse Ramen noodles. Zero Water Light does not contain any artificial surfactant nor any other chemicals and it is safe even if baby sucks any items which has been cleaned by undiluted Zero Water Light.

9. There are KOH in Zero Water. Does it cause any harms to my skin?
Solid KOH (potassium hydroxide) is corrosive. Depending on the concentration, solutions of KOH are non-irritating, irritating or corrosive and they cause direct local effects on the skin, eyes and gastrointestinal tract. Systemic effects are not to be expected. Solutions with concentrations higher than 2% are corrosive, while concentrations of about 0.5 to about 2.0 % are irritating. Concentrations lower than 0.5% are non-irritating.
Zero Water Light has 0.13% of KOH – which is skin friendly.
Zero Water Heavy has 0.85% of KOH. It is stronger and might cause irritation, should be used with care.
10. Does Zero Water drinkable?
Alkaline water with pH from 8 to 9.5 is ideal to drink. It helps making your body less acidic and prevent health issues including hormonal problems, loss of bone and metabolic problems.
However, drinking too much alkaline water, or drinking water with a high pH, may disrupt the body’s normal pH. This can lead to a condition called metabolic alkalosis, which may cause confusion, nausea, vomiting, hand tremors, muscle twitching, and tingling in the face, hands or feet.
