federal grants

Intended to be an implementation document rather than list of long-range
planning needs
•
Provides a list of projects to be programed for development during the six-year
period
•
Not a policymaking document; it should reflect policy created through the TSP
and other planning processes

Due to this being an interim process, only funded and partially
funded projects were put through the scoring process

Unfunded projects will be scored as part of the more in-depth
prioritization process developed through the Transportation
System Plan update

financial policies, and strategic plan goals

Assigns scores of 0-100 to projects based on
criteria reflecting Council priorities/policies
