The present document reproduces the Questionnaire regarding information to be furnished under Article III of the Arrangement, including the amendments proposed by the experts who met on 17 and 19 June 1981 to examine, in accordance with Rule 23 of the Rules of Procedure, the adequacy of the Questionnaires concerning the various products.

The list below mentions the various fresh products covered by

Table II. Replies should indicate the definition of products included in the various sub-divisions and in particular their fat content. Fresh milk should, in particular, be sub-divided into whole milk, partially skimmed milk, and skimmed milk; where possible, a distinction should also be made between pasteurized milk, sterilized milk and UHT milk.

As a general rule, consumption of fresh products is identical to production. In the event that the figures are different, this should be mentioned.

Note: If the data to be furnished under this table are not available, data may be in terms of milk equivalent or of estimates. Data should also be furnished for 1979 in the event that the data communicated are not comparable to those furnished earlier.
