(8)

Knowledge of the System

We also have a number of government organisations using our

system. Recently our system won the account for Questacon’s WHS

System over 23 other competing systems.

Questacon mentioned the reason why Online WHS won the process

was because our system was "the most comprehensive but yet easy

to use system they have seen" - Neil Norman working for Questacon.

What types of business should you target?

Payment for the system is an annual license fee and is based on the

number of employees and contractors the business

has(contractors are calculated at 8 contractors = 1 employee), the more employees the slightly higher the cost.

This fee can be paid either yearly or monthly.

The initial year is $500 higher than the ongoing due to the preloaded documents.

Please note: If a client pays for the system on a monthly basis then your commissions will also be paid

Lead Agent Approach – How to identify a lead

The first thing to do is identify what safety systems they currently

have, so ask the potential lead:

Scenario 1

Opening Question :

Do they have any safety systems in place?

If they say no then ask them the closing question.

(If they say no then they are definitely a lead prospect)

Closing Question :

Would they like to see a Online Safety system that will help manage their safety commitments?

If yes, ok I will get Online WHS to call you to organise an online demonstration (it only takes 30-45mins)

(14)

Lead Agent Approach – How to identify a lead

Scenario 2

Opening Question :

Do they have any safety systems in place?

If they say yes then ask them the follow up question.

Follow up question:

Do they currently just have a paper based process or do they have an online system in place?

If they say yes that they have a paper based system they are definitely a potential lead, ask them:

Closing Question:

Would they like to see an Online Safety system that will help manage their safety commitments but also uses the documents you

have already created so they are not wasted? It just automates them to allow your employees to be more efficient.

How you get paid

• Make sure you’ve provided us your details via the Agent Information Form.

• On the 1st of each month Stan from our accounts department extracts a report

from XERO of all payments received from clients.

• If any of the payments are from a new client, the payment will be shifted into the next months commissions payable to allow for the 30-day guarantee period.

• For all other commissions payable an extract of the commission statement is

sent to each agent by the 10th of the month showing the payments received from

their clients, the invoice number, the client, the commission rate and the total to be invoiced to OCS (including GST where applicable).

• The agent then sends an invoice to Stan@onlinecompliance.com.au , which he then checks against the commission statement, and then pays the invoice.
