AIMS OF THE WORKSHOP
This course is scheduled in a theorical
ses-sion and a practical one. The first part will
provide the fundamental principles of the
Ilizarov Method and the clinical
applica-tions in small animal practice.
The experience developed by the Faculty
members will help participants to easily
and fully understand the applicability of the
Ilizarov Method, with pros and cons,
possi-bilities, technical difficulties and
therapeuti-cal indications.
In the practical session participants will learn
how to realize Ilizarov Apparatus with an
increasing level of difficulty.
