The Comparison (Analysis) Table between AAP and Opponent (BJP) has been judged keeping in mind the following Golden Rules of KP Astrology, mainly KP Stellar Theory of Starlord versus Sublord.

 Planet is the source of a result, Constellation is the nature of the result and Sub is the final deciding factor of a result.

 If Starlord is benefic (favorable) and Sublord is also benefic (favorable), then the native enjoys.

 If Starlord is malefic (unfavorable) and Sublord is also malefic (unfavorable), then the native suffers.

 If Starlord is benefic (favorable) and Sublord is malefic (unfavorable), then apparently it may seem that the event is going to take place, but eventually it will hold.

 If Starlord is malefic (unfavorable) and Sublord is benefic (favorable), then after some obstacles or hindrances, the event will take place.

Conclusion: There may be close fight in election and TMC seats will reduce from the present position. As 6th CSL favors for TMC and moreover Lagna CSL also favors for TMC. So, in my opinion, TMC will win the KMC Election 2015.

 Planet Saturn is the occupant of 5, owner of 8, 9 and 10. Saturn is having stellar (positional) strength i.e. untenanted (there is no planet in stars of Saturn) and CSL of 1, 2, 7, 8.

 Starlord Jupiter® is the occupant of 1, owner of 7.

 Sublord Sun is the occupant of 8, owner of 3 and 4. Sun is having stellar (positional) strength i.e. untenanted (there is no planet in stars of Sun) and Cuspal Starlord (CSTL) of 4, 8, 12. Sun is aspecting to 2nd cusp. Sun is aspected by Mars (occupant of 4, owner of 6 and 11)

Bhukti of Moon will be ended on 20nd February 2014 and after that Bhukti of Mars will started.

Mars is a fruitful (common) planet. Hence Mars Bhukti is taken into consideration.

Now in Dasha-Bhukti of Moon-Mars (from 20-02-2014 to 22-09-2014), I prefer to select Anthra of Mars and Ketu.

47 Anthra Lord: Mars (from 20-02-2014 to 05-03-2014)

Mars is a fruitful planet and posited in star of Sun. Both Mars and Sun is the significator of 11th cusp as per House View Significator Table. Mars is in sub of Mercury which is retrograde at the time of judgment. Mercury will turn direct from 28th February 2014. So, possible recovery of lost article after that period.

Again, during the Anthra of Mars, the starlord of the 2nd CSL i.e. Jupiter is retrograde and will turn direct from 6th March 2014 at around 16:12 Hrs. So, I prefer to select the period after that day & time towards recovery of lost article, if transit agree.

On 6th March 2014 after 16:12 Hrs, Sun will transit in star of Jupiter. Jupiter is neither the significator of 2, 6 or 11 nor Jupiter is present under ruling planet. So in final conclusion, I reject the Anthra of Mars and according recovery of lost article is not assured in Mars Anthra.

Now, we have to check for next available option i.e. Anthra of Ketu. Anthra Lord: Ketu (from 07-07-2014 to 20-07-2014)

Ketu is a fruitful planet and posited in self-star. Ketu is a strong significator of 11. Ketu as an agent of Mars (Ketu deposited in sign of Mars i.e. Aries) signifies 6 and 11. Thus, there may be chances of recovery of lost article during Anthra period of Ketu subject to transit agree.

From 08-07-2014 t0 19-07-2014, Sun will transit in star of Jupiter. Jupiter is neither the significator of 2, 6 or 11 nor Jupiter is present under ruling planet.

On 20-07-2014, Sun will transit in star of Saturn. Saturn signifies 2 as well as 5-8-10 and is present under ruling planet.

CONCLUDING POINTS

(1) In reference to Astro Secrets & Krishnamurthi Padhdhati Part VI, Edited by K. Subramaniam, Page 130, under simple calculation method to know the answer – YES or No, If the reminder of horary number after divided by 12 is 0-2-6-11 - the answer is YES, If reminder is 1-3-7-9 - the result is LATE and If the reminder is 4-5-8-10 - the answer is NO. In our case Horary No. is 49, divided by 12, reminder is 1, thus answer is LATE.

(2) As per Gulbarga Theory, if the sub lord of the horary number furnished by the Querent is either the Starlord of the Ascendant (Lagna) or Moon among ruling planets, the answer can be given in affirmative manner i.e. YES. If sub lord of the horary number furnished by the Querent is either the Signlord of the Ascendant (Lagna) or Moon among ruling planets, there may be a mixed chances of 50%-50%, may be YES or may be NO. In our case the sublord of horary number is Saturn. Saturn is not the Starlord or Signlord of RP Lagna neither it is the Starlord or Signlord of RP Moon. Thus, answer is NO.

(3) At the time of judgment, 2nd CSL Saturn posited in a star of a retrograde planet i.e. Jupiter. It indicates that there may be delay towards recovery of lost article. And the answer will be NO if the DBA Lords and Transit will not favor the event.

My Opinion: From the overall analysis, it can be safely said that there will be a weak chance towards regaining or recovery of Lost Article. A least chance possible only for on 20.07.2014 in the DBA of

Moon-Mars-Ketu. More specifically, a very-very weak chance and I prefer to say that recovery or regaining of lost article is not assured.

Actual Fact: Prediction comes correct. The Querent did not get the Pen Drive.
