Invoices are posted immediately on despatch of parcels.

In case of any delay, customers are requested to contact

us or their post office or courier agency.

6. Orders from Outstation Parties:

a. Customers are requested to release documents without

delay, after receiving bank intimation.

b. Interest is charged at the rate of 15% per annum if 

documents are not released within 30 days.

c. When a customer fails to take delivery of his/her parcels,

packing charges, postage, freight and other expenses

incurred by us will be recovered from the advance paid.

7. Exports:

a. We also have the facility to export medicines as per

prevailing rules.

b. Export Orders would be accompanied by remittances to

cover: i. The full cost of the medicines ordered.

ii. Packing and postage charges.

iii. This payment may be made through Bank or

by Demand Draft payable in Mangalore.

8. Transit Insurance:

All consignments above the value of Rs. 5000/- are

covered under Transit Insurance scheme. Any claim regarding

breakage/damage/loss requires the following to get compensation.

a. Damage certificate from Transporters for the loss/ 

damage/breakage in the consignment.

b. Survey report from the approved / authorized person

of the Insurance company if the value of damage

exceeds Rs. 1500/- or the amount as specified by

the insurance company.

c. Any complaint regarding the consignment should reach

us in writing within 10 days  of the receipt of the

consignment. It will be assumed that the consignment

has reached consignee intact & in safe condition, if 

no communication regarding the breakage/loss/damage

reaches us within 10 days. No complaint regarding

breakage/loss/damage will be entertained beyond this

period.

9. General Terms & Conditions:

a. All supplies are billed on the prices prevailing at the time

of sale. The Management reserves the right to change

the prices without notice. The retail rate mentioned in

our price list is inclusive of all taxes.

b. V.P.P. parcels are held in the Post Office only for 5

days after serving intimation of arrival to the addressee.

Customers, therefore, are requested to take delivery of 

the parcels within the time limit.

c. Medicines and other articles once sold are not taken

back or exchanged.

d. This price list and Business Terms supercede all previous

price lists and Business Terms.
