PROGRAM NEEDS

MBA Program

• 55 student enrollment

• 11 teams of 5 people. Ideally, each team would need its own Breakout/Study Room.

• Smart boards, pin-up space and moveable tables and chairs for the breakout rooms

• A Dedicated Classroom that can serve 60 students

• MBA student lounge

MAcc Program

• 30 student enrollment

• A Dedicated Classroom that can serve 30-35 students

• Flexible teaching space

Graduate Programs Support

• Career Support for Graduates - (1) office for MAcc, (1) office for MBA within a suite. Open space within the

suite for (2) staff + (1) reception

• (2) Graduate Lounges – (1) for MAcc, (1) for MBA

• Lockers for students

• Multi-purpose room – 100 seated at tables, small events, presentation space, guest speaker space, etc.

(w/kitchenette)

• Presentation practice space

General

• Wall/Presentation space for Family Business Awards and Case Competitions

• All restrooms need to be updated.

• Need for a formal entrance

• Students need “downtime” areas.

• The Business School wants to encourage students to be in the school. The facility should “hum” and be a

happening place. Open area is a must.

• (5) new faculty to be added. (2) new staff to be added. Currently, (25) full time faculty, (4) full time lecturers.

• Existing structure was built for 500 students; now serving over 1,000; Plan for 1,250 students.
