David Jenny has been advising and representing corporations since 1991 in transactions and corporate and commercial matters. In insolvency, he acts as liquidator and advises governing bodies of corporations and creditors. He assists various international professional services organisations which are structured as Swiss associations, and also acts as arbitrator. He is a member of various boards of directors and boards of foundations. David was
president of the Basel Bar Association 2010/2013 and was for 2011/2012 co-chair of the Insolvency, Restructuring and Creditors’ Rights section (SIRC) of the International Bar Association.
Since February 2013 he is a member of the Great Council (parliament) of the Canton of Basel-Stadt. He regularly publishes on legal issues within his fields of specialisation and is highly recommended by authoritative
