Delivery

2.1 Context

Organisations are often unaware of how individuals are interacting with them through their web properties. Our solution not only gives insight into visitor behaviour but also allows an organisation to interact and personalize an individual’s web experience based on their browsing behavior. This leads to increased engagement with individuals and provides the ability to communicate the right message, to the right person at the right time. In addition, by analyzing the data collected within IBM Digital analytics, users are able to optimize areas of the website based on the data they have gathered.

In the public sector there is a need to decrease the cost of interactions with citizens through traditional methods (phone and mail), IBM Digital Analytics provides the insight required to help monitor, optimize and increase web interactions whilst helping to decrease costs.

2.2 What we will deliver

IBM will work with you to understand what your key objectives are and how you wish to interact with visitors to your website. This is achieved through an introductory discussion with the relevant line of business (e-commerce, web analysts, online marketing) and a discussion around your current marketing activities.

From these discussions we will be able to understand what you are looking to achieve and we will be able to show an in depth presentation on the IBM Digital Analytics platform and how the software can be applied to your organization. We will also be able to recommend additional modules which will help you achieve your objectives which were outlined in the initial introductory discussion.

IBM will then look to assess any additional support requirements or training which may be required to successfully deploy IBM Digital Analytics into your organization. This will

Once this has been completed IBM will be able to make a recommendation in the form of a proposal. This will detail the modules and services required to successfully deploy IBM Digital Analytics.

2.3 Commercials

The price of IBM Digital Analytics is determined by the volume of Monthly Server Calls and the number of modules purchased. The metric used to price IBM Digital Analytics is based on Monthly Million Server Calls. One (1) million Monthly Server Calls is the minimum amount a client can contract to.

All agreements are for a minimum of 12 months. A client may be subject to an overage charge if they exceed their monthly server call allowance. Overages are payable if a client accrues more than their allotted server call volume over a three month period. For example, if a client is entitled to 1 million monthly server calls and accrues 4 million server calls (over a three month period) the client will be subject to an overage charge of 1 million server calls.

All services requirements will be detailed in a separate statement of work which will accompany any commercial proposal.

2.4 Key Points

Other key points to note are as follows:

This offering is subject to availability of IBM resources.

For Services requirements, Travel and Subsistence (T&S) costs are not included and
