Tech Specialist: Java with PL SQL and Production Support

 Bachelor's/Masters degree in Computer Science or equivalent

 3 to 4.5 yrs of hands-on IT experience in developing complex, highly integrated, web-based applications using Java/J2EE

 Experience with the following application development frameworks and technologies Struts, Spring DAO

 Must have working experience in Oracle PL/SQL, Query writing, Writing Stored procedures

 Skilled in using version control tool like Clearcase or similar tool

 Should be able to deploy the application in non-production environments

 Should have atleast 3 months of Production Support experience (monitoring, trouble shooting, escalations)

 Should be willing to do 12x7 Production support on ROTATION basis.

Role :

 Performing monitoring, trouble shooting and doing escalations

 Works with various support groups in India and US during the support with assertiveness and tact.

 Working on application maintenance releases including enhancements, fixing issues  Writes code to specification and compliant to standards.

Performance Testing Lead/Performance Tech Specialist

 7+ years of IT experience

 worked at least 6 years in performance / load testing  Strong knowledge in Load / Performance testing,

 Worked in at least two different load testing tools (Load Runner + any other load testing tool in market)

 Worked in at least two or more protocols (http web + any other protocols)  good experience in performance analysis

 Should have basic programming knowledge in C language

 experience in leading load testing team (Only for FTE's not for contractors)  Overseas work experience - at least 1 year

 Worked in Onsite - Offshore model and capable to handling challenges in this work model.

Senior Tech Specialist(Dotnet ,WPF)

 At least 7 years prior experience in IT  Advanced C# skills.

 Senior-level, hands-on experience working with Windows Presentation Foundation and/or Silverlight (2-3 years hands-on work)

 Senior-level, hands-on experience with SQL Server 2005 and/or 2008 (2-3 years), with focus on stored procedure and user-defined function design and implementation, database tuning and data model design.

 1 year hands-on experience working with XML in an application context.  Experience:7-9years

 Oracle administrator specializing in SQL Tuning, Instance Tuning, PL/SQL Programming

 This candidate should be a self starter and team player.  Minimum Qualifications :

 4 Yr Degree in CS / Information Technology or equivalent with 7+ years of overall IT experience and 4+ years of strong experience in Oracle database on Windows and UNIX environments.

 Mastery in understanding the working in production support, monitoring of UNIX cronjobs.

 Strong UNIX Shell scripting and job troubleshooting and diagnostics capabilities.  Strong OS Experience using UNIX and Windows.

 Database Experience using Oracle 10g.  Programming Languages: PL/SQL, .NET

 Should have exp on Project/Program Management not less than 3 years  Should be able to perform Technical Design, Architecture review

 Should have managed Java/J2EE based projects  Should have exp on Project Planning Estimations  Strong Leadership Abilities
