Invitation for Sponsorship

The Organizing Committee of the 4th International Symposium & Workshop on VIMS (Virtual Interactive Musculoskeletal System) sincerely invites Taiwan and international companies and organizations to benefit from close association with our conference. This Symposium will attract nearly 500 scientists and experts interested in engineering, biology, and computer graphics. Your support will provide you an opportunity to introduce your products and services to a worldwide audience.

Please note all sponsorship is in New Taiwan Dollars, and will be allocated on a "First in" basis. The Sponsorship Request Form should be filled and returned on or before September 25, 2010. For all sponsors, a 100% deposit is required within one week after notification by the organizers that the sponsorship has been accepted.

Booth layout

We organize only 18 booths. It may be adjusted depending on the registration.

Exhibition Location is divided into 3 parts: Zone A (the BEST), Zone B (the second) and Zone C. Zone A is in the hallway out of the three lecture rooms, it is provided for the Sponsors who choose Sponsorship level A;Zone B is in the Registration area, it is provided for the Sponsors who choose Sponsorship level B;Zone C is in the farther hallway, it is provided for the Sponsors who choose Sponsorship level C.

Booth space is assigned on a first-come-first-served basis. To ensure your VIMS-4 Priority Booth Space, please email the Sponsorship Request Form with full payment to Secretary General. Reserve early to ensure your best space selection! Booth Assignments are based on receiving of the

Sponsorship Request Form with payment to Secretary General.

Zone B is in the Registration area, your company booth will be very attractive to catch sight of the attendees.

Zone A is the closest area to the lecture rooms, our tea break refreshments will be served here, and you can approach the potential customers at this area.

Advertisement Notice

For all sponsors, advertisement page file in JPG or TIFF format should be emailed (only if the file size is smaller than 10MB) or sent the disk to Conference Secretariat before October 5, 2010. High resolution graphics are required. The resolution of the file should more than 300.

Liability

The Conference Committee and/or National Cheng Kung University, the employees thereof, or their representatives will be not be responsible for the safety of exhibits against robbery, damage by fire, accident or other causes prior to, during, or subsequent to the period covered by the exhibit contract. Exhibitors should provide their own insurance for equipment and displays.

Cancellations

The Secretary General must be notified of any cancellations in writing prior to October 10, 2010. A 50%

administration fee will be withheld. No refunds will be issued after October 15, 2010.
