WDW Water Parks

Typhoon Lagoon: Disney legend has it that a furious storm once roared across the sea, hurling

surfboards into trees, blowing small boats through roofs and impaling a shrimp boat on a peak of a great volcanic mountain. Left in the typhoon's wake are twisting tides, roaring rapids, wonderful waterways and relaxing rivers. Whether you are navigating the nine exhilarating waterslides and streams or conquering one of the world's largest artificially created waves, Typhoon Lagoon promises the most wild, wonderful and wet water adventure known to man or fish. Whoosh down slippery slopes, swim with sharks or relax in the sun while flowing down a meandering river. This tropical treasure of a Water Park has something for everyone.

Blizzard Beach: Disney legend has it that after a freak winter storm blanketed the area with snow, Florida's first ski resort was born. When temperatures returned to normal, the powdery snow turned to slippery slush. Slalom courses, bobsled and toboggan runs became downhill waterslides. The chair lift carried swimmers instead of skiers. The ski jump became the tallest, fastest water slide in the nation. You are invited to what has become Disney's Blizzard Beach, the most slushy, slippery, exhilarating water park anywhere! Dive into the excitement and relaxation of a "blizzard" of slippery, slushy, splashy attractions. From lazy rivers to thrilling slides, fun in the sun awaits all who plunge into these attractions.

Discover split baths, ample storage, natural woods, imported tiles and superior attention to detail in your home away from home.

Disneyland Resort Paris

Many believe that this is a better theme park than the Magic Kingdom in Florida. Disney has learned from Disneyland, WDW's Magic Kingdom and Tokyo Disneyland and have created something rather special in Disneyland Paris. Besides being physically the largest Park of the four, it has a number of intimate little paths and hidden corners on much the same lines as those which imbue the Californian park with such charm. The rides are, of course, technologically more recent (Pirates of the Caribbean is much superior to its WDW cousin) and, owing to the different safety legislation in France, you don't have the illusion in the 'darker' rides spoilt by seeing little red 'Exit' signs! It's also achieved a European flavour, has fewer controls than the States (probably because the Paris natives don't listen to anyone!) and is a more up to date, intimate park than Florida overall. Besides which, if you hate long flights in economy class, then it's only an hour away!

The most compelling reason, however, has to be the addition of the Walt Disney Studios, making
