Underwriting Process

Once the completed application is received, it is input into UBIC’s quote/rate system and assigned to an under-writer for review. It is then referred to our reinsurers for approval. Once approved, the loss control department conducts a telephonic or onsite pre-survey (please submit risks at least 30 days prior to effective date).
