Black Belt Certification Criteria
Achieve a 70% pass mark on a group project case study assignment conducted during the course which will assess your practical understanding of the tools and techniques learned.
Secondly, achieve 70% pass mark in the Black Belt final exam held on the on the last day of the course.
Pre-requisites
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certificate either via Game Change or another bonafide training provider (evidence required).

Master Black Belt Training and Certification (2 x 5 Days)
A Master Black Belt has the skills, desire and leadership ability to train and coach Black and Green Belts in Lean Six Sigma principles and to guide senior management in implementing organisation-wide Planning and Deployment.
You will emerge from this training program with advanced skills to use the full array of Lean and Six Sigma tools and techniques, statistical and quantitative methods as well as change leadership across all functions and levels in your organisation.
As part of the certification criteria a Master Black Belt candidate will be required to submit a guided audit of at least two projects which evidence the use of tools and techniques
associated with Lean Six Sigma and the DMAIC roadmap. Course Instructor led Remote Coaching is available to all attendees for the duration of the course.

Master Black Belt Certification Criteria
This modular program, (2 x 5 days) requires participants to undertake during the course a guided audit of their individual projects to evidence the use of tools and techniques associated with Lean Six Sigma. At least two successful projects are required to be submitted for assessment. The results are used to evaluate successful certification, in addition to achieving a 70% pass mark in the Master Black Belt Exam.
