Tips & Tricks - General

When turning on the email feature, turn on the welcome first, the 3-4 weeks later turn on the “lost” customer emails. Otherwise, customers will receive two emails together.

For the reschedule email, edit the text to request the customer responds that the new time will work.

Timely picks the best time to deploy social media postings. There is no ability to schedule for a specific day.

By default inactive customers do not sync, this can be changed by DemandForce. For those you do not want to contact, remove the email address, or manually adjust in DemandForce

All contact and sales transaction detail by customer must be in QuickBooks to use DemandForce. To streamline the process, consider:

QuickBooks import feature,

Add/Modify QuickBooks feature, or

Transaction Pro Importer integrated application
