Our proactive and mobile patrolling officers look out for anything out of the ordinary regularly at our customer sites. Under cover surprise checks are made periodically. Appropriate onsite solutions are made available to deal with the situation.

We are devoted to the maintenance and care of commercial or institutional buildings of our clients. We coordinate and oversee the safe, secure, and environmentally-sound operations and maintain these assets in effective manner aimed at long-term preservation of the assets.
Team facility management provides following services:
Air Conditioners
We specialize in maintenance of Chiller AC units, Package type units, Ductable type split units and all cooling systems of multistoreyed buildings.
Electrical and Plumbing Maintenance
Earth leak testing every year, capacitor bank power factor ratio check, periodical cable gland joint check, Master manhole frequent check, Flow trap check and Valve controls check in addition to the regular checks ensure minimal trouble to the occupants of the building.
Lift & Elevators
Regular maintenance with full spare parts in association with our intrenationally experienced partner.
General Maintenance
Aluminium, Gypsum, Flooring and Carpentry maintenance work by our adept team leaves long-lasting impression with the customers.
E-Services
We are devoted to the maintenance and care of commercial or institutional buildings of our clients. We coordinate and oversee the safe, secure, and environmentally-sound operations and maintain these assets in effective manner aimed at long-term preservation of the assets.
CCTV Control
Our purpose-built control room operates 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. It is capable of monitoring and responding to emergency from multiple buildings / sites at the same time. The control operator is in constant radio contact with patrol staff and has direct access to the Police and other emergency services.
The control room also responds to out-of hours calls and monitors both remote wireless and broadband transmission of CCTV cameras.
Introducing ETMR Software
The Employee Attendance and Materials Requisition (ETMR) software is used by Master Security to provide a high level of service and accurate building management information to its clients and management. ETMR is used to track employee attendance, materials availability and facilities management details at building sites. All employees will be assigned cards with their picture and barcode. Employees will be tracked for cleanliness, professionalism and presence at customer locations. Master Security will use this information to make sure all employees maintaining the optimal level of cleanliness and security at customer premises.
All this information is captured on advanced mobile computers and transmitted to a central server which will prepare reports for management and customers. Management will be able to generate reports from the system once the data has been received on the server. Customers will be send regular reports to keep them updated on the status of their properties.
